A grappa from Distilleria Berta, made from selected Barbera grape pomace. It is matured in French oak barriques, which give it an amber colour and aromas of vanilla, ripe fruit, cinnamon and clove. The palate is balanced and harmonious, with alcohol integrated with wood and Barbera fruit, and a velvety, persistent mouthfeel. The finish is long and pleasantly warm, with notes of wood and Barbera fruit. It is suited to being served as a digestif.
