Grappa Sassicaia is made from the pomace of Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. It ages in oak barrels previously used to mature Sassicaia, the renowned Italian wine.
The nose offers elegant aromas of wood and vanilla, finely mixed with cocoa, coffee and liquorice. The palate is pleasantly complex, structured and rich, with a majestic finish.
