Grappa Sibona Moscato is a single-variety grappa made from Moscato pomace. The pomace is distilled fresh in copper stills soon after harvest, then refined in stainless steel tanks before ageing in oak casks. It has a pale straw colour, an intense bouquet typical of freshly harvested Moscato grapes, a soft and delicate body with fruity aromas, and a pleasantly sweet, persistent finish.
