Grappa Villa Colonna Cabernet (70cl)

An Italian grappa made from Cabernet grapes, distilled by hand to preserve the aromas and flavours of the original grape. It is clear and bright. The nose offers complex notes of ripe dark berries, chocolate and a light touch of aromatic herbs. The palate is full-bodied with a velvety texture, revealing layers of red fruit, vanilla and a hint of black pepper that persists in the finish. It is suited to drinking neat at the end of a meal or as a digestif.
