A refined grappa from Zanin, made from selected grape berries using traditional methods. It is presented in a 70cl bottle. On the nose it shows a complex aromatic bouquet with fruity notes and a light hint of sweet spice. On the palate it is remarkably soft, with flavours ranging from dried apricot to vanilla and almond. The finish is long and pleasantly warm. It is suggested as a post-meal digestif, served with dark chocolate or aged cheeses.
