Graticciaia Negroamaro IGP Vallone

A red wine from Agricole Vallone, made from Negroamaro grown in Salento, Puglia. Produced in limited quantities, it has a deep, almost impenetrable red colour. The nose offers mature red fruits such as plums and cherries, with spicy notes and light touches of tobacco and chocolate from ageing in barrique. On the palate it is robust yet harmonious, with well-integrated tannins and balanced acidity, leading to a long, persistent finish. It suits rich dishes such as red meat roasts, game and aged cheeses, and can also be enjoyed as a meditation wine. Serve at about 18°C.
