This is a 9 year old single malt from Benrinnes in Speyside, bottled by GreatDrams in a 50cl bottle at 48.2% ABV. It was distilled in January 2012 and bottled in December 2021, with an outturn of 124 bottles. It is natural colour and non-chill-filtered.
The whisky spent eight years in a second fill oloroso cask, then a further 21 months finishing in a first fill oloroso cask.
It is described as having a dry sherry character, with winter fruit and spice, a gentle note of orchard fruit and a smooth, velvety mouthfeel.
