This is a 20-year-old single grain whisky from Invergordon, bottled by GreatDrams in its Single Cask Series at 50.2% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It was distilled in October 2002 and bottled in November 2022, with natural colour and no chill filtration.
Greg and Kirsty Dillon had been looking for an old grain whisky cask from this distillery for some time. This one matured in an ex-sherry cask.
The nose and palate bring plum, prunes, savoury notes and smoke, followed by a smooth, long finish.
