A Grechetto from Umbria by Spoleto Ducale.
It is bright straw yellow with greenish reflections, with white-fleshed fruit such as pear and peach, white flowers, light herbal notes, a faint bitter almond and subtle minerality. The palate balances good body with lively freshness, soft texture and a saline tension that keeps it vibrant.
The finish is satisfying, with fruity notes and a slightly bitter touch. It suits seafood crudités, light pasta with shellfish, fish risotto, delicate white meats and fresh cheeses, and is suggested at around 10-12 °C.
