A Greco di Tufo DOCG from Mastroberardino. It shows a bright straw colour with fine, restrained aromas of ripe citrus, white flowers and a light mineral note reminiscent of stone. On the palate it is savoury and well structured, with good acidity and a clean progression. Citrus returns lead into a moderately persistent finish. It is suited to lightly flavoured fish dishes, shellfish, vegetable-based first courses and fresh cheeses, and can also be served as an aperitif. Serve cool, around 10-12 °C, in tulip glasses.
