Green River is a Kentucky straight bourbon bottled at 40% ABV in a 75cl bottle. The mash bill uses corn, rye and barley, and the whiskey is aged in charred oak barrels.
On the nose there is toasted grain, caramelised sugar and a hint of spice. The palate brings caramel, vanilla and oak.
It works neat or in a bourbon cocktail.
