A Kentucky straight bourbon from Green River, made with wheat and bottled at 45% ABV in a 750ml bottle. The mashbill is 70% Kentucky-grown corn, 21% wheat and 9% malted barley, a variation on the classic Kentucky recipe.
The nose is peach and caramel with apricot and cinnamon. On the palate come toffee, pastry and hazelnut, leading to a honeyed finish that is smooth and balanced.
