Green Spot Bordeaux Wine Finish

This Green Spot is an Irish whiskey bottled from Midleton Distillery stock and given a further period of maturation in a Chateau Leoville Barton Bordeaux wine cask. The nose offers vanilla, spice and fruity, berry notes. On the palate there is vanilla, sweetness and spice with fruit and a restrained touch of oak. The finish is of medium length, and the influence of the wine cask comes through clearly once more.
