Green Spot Chateau Leoville Barton Bordeaux Finish is a single pot still Irish whiskey, made as a collaboration between two historic families: Mitchell & Son and the Barton family of Bordeaux.
It was first matured in sherry and bourbon casks, then finished in French oak wine casks from the Chateau Leoville Barton estate.
The nose has crisp oak, floral notes, ripe berries and orchard fruit. The palate brings vanilla sweetness, dry apple, French oak, spice and barley. The finish is long and warming, with fading oak, wine notes and pot still spice.
