Green Spot Irish Whiskey (70cl)

Green Spot is an Irish whiskey in a 70cl bottle, first produced exclusively for the Mitchell family. They began trading in 1805 at 10 Grafton Street in Dublin as wine and confectionery merchants. In 1887 the family expanded into whiskey bonding. They sent empty wine, sherry and port casks by horse and cart to the Jameson Distillery to be filled, then had them returned to their cellar warehouse, where the whiskey matured under bond for many years before bottling. Four generations later the company remains in the wine and spirits business under Jonathan Mitchell and his son Robert.
