Greign 20 Year Old is a single grain Scotch whisky, matured for 20 years and bottled at 40% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
The long maturation is described as bringing out toffee, honey and cooked fruit notes, with a creamy character.
The nose has orange peel, caramelised nuts, a slight chocolate note and dry oak warmth. On the palate come icing sugar, anise, honeycomb and baked apple, and the finish brings greengages, a soft touch of oaky heat and lasting caramel.
