An organic white wine from Sicily made from Grillo. It is bright straw yellow, with vibrant citrus notes of grapefruit and lime, white flowers and a light mineral touch reminiscent of sea breeze. On the palate it is fresh, with good acidity balancing a medium body, and citrus flavours mingle with aromatic herbs and a hint of spice. The finish is persistent. It suits fish, seafood, grilled or steamed vegetables, and works well as an aperitif.
