Grisoglia Passito Toscana IGT

A passito from Tenuta Setteponti showing measured sweetness that stays elegant and well balanced. In the glass it has amber reflections, with aromas of dried fruit and apricot jam, hints of honey and a delicate citrus note that avoids heaviness. The palate is enveloping but supported by fresh tension and savouriness, leaving a clean finish with a persistence that invites small, concentrated sips. It suits baked desserts and dry pastries, as well as stronger pairings such as blue cheeses, and can also be enjoyed as a meditation wine. Served cool, its soft structure does not let sweetness dominate. Best in small portions, it shows a pleasing harmony between body and freshness.
