H by Hine VSOP is a cognac from the house of Hine, blended from around twenty cognacs. The eaux-de-vie come from grapes harvested in Grande Champagne and Petite Champagne, two of the cognac region's best-regarded crus.
On the palate it shows floral and fruity notes, with subtle touches of vanilla and oak. The texture is silky, with a balance between sweetness and intensity.
It can be drunk neat or over ice, and also suits a range of cocktails.
