Habtei Himmerod Alte Reben Riesling Mosel Trocken

Alte Reben Riesling Mosel Trocken from Habtei Himmerod is a dry Riesling from the Mosel. It is made from Riesling grapes grown in high-altitude vineyards with mineral-rich soils, harvested by hand. In the glass it is bright straw yellow. The nose shows intense, complex aromas of exotic fruit, citrus and floral notes, with a light mineral accent. On the palate it is lively and fresh, with well-balanced acidity and flavours of green apple, peach and lemon, finishing with a delicate mineral aftertaste. It suits fish, seafood, Asian dishes and fresh salads, and is best served at 8-10 degrees Celsius.
