Hakata 12 Year Old is a Japanese whisky matured in sherry casks, in a 70cl bottle. It has a full flavour and a spirit-forward character.
On the nose there is lemon meringue and strawberry preserves alongside old oak and an earthy note. The palate brings rich sherry, walnuts and sweet raspberries. The finish is very long, with vanilla oak, more sherry, raisin and orange peel.
