Haku is a Japanese-style vodka in a 70cl bottle. The name means 'purest white', and the spirit is made from the finest grade of sushi rice rather than grain.
The rice is gently fermented and then distilled following the Japanese sake tradition. The result is a vodka with a softly sweet flavour.
