A Japanese peated malt whisky from the Hakushu distillery, made by blending carefully chosen whiskies aged for at least 18 years. It was created to mark the centenary of the House. Hakushu stands on the slopes of Mount Kaikomagatake and was founded in 1973 by Keizo Saji. It was one of the first to use peat in Japan's whisky making, and the source of its water is mountain water filtered through granite rock, which softens the smoke of the peated malt.
