Hakushu Distiller's Reserve is a Japanese single malt made by Suntory, bottled at 43% ABV in a 70cl bottle, with no added colour and no chill-filtering.
It is composed of whisky from casks of American oak, Spanish oak and Mizunara oak. The barley is grown locally, and the whisky matures in the mountains of Yamanashi.
