Hakutsuru Tancho Mizunara Cask Finish (55%)

This is a single malt finished in Mizunara casks, made from a Japanese oak. It is bottled at 55% ABV and joins Scottish whisky tradition with Japanese craft. The nose shows sandalwood, coconut and vanilla, with soft spice and ripe fruit. The palate is thick and velvety, with caramel, honey, cinnamon and black pepper. The finish is long and warm, leaving Mizunara oak and tropical fruit.
