Hand Barrel Small Batch Bourbon Whiskey (75cl, 52.5%)

Hand Barrel Small Batch is a Kentucky straight bourbon bottled at 52.5% ABV, or 105 proof, in a 750ml barrel-shaped bottle with a hand-dipped wax cap. It is non-chill-filtered and blends 43 selected barrels. The mash bill is high in rye, at 64% corn, 24% rye and 12% malted barley, and the whiskey matured in new American white oak with a number 4 char. It was distilled, aged and bottled in Kentucky. On the nose it offers toffee, caramel, buttered corn and cinnamon pepper. The palate is round and viscous, with oaky caramel, butter, pepper and honeyed sweetness, and the finish brings pepper, cinnamon and mint with light tannin.
