Hand Barrel SOWF Limited Release Kentucky Small Batch Bourbon (52.5%)

This is a Kentucky straight bourbon from Hand Barrel, made for the Special Operations Warrior Foundation Custom Series. It is bottled at 105 proof (52.5%). The whiskey combines two mash bills: a traditional high-rye recipe of 64/24/12 and Bardstown Bourbon Company's high-corn 78/10/12. It was distilled and aged in Kentucky and bottled at Bardstown Bourbon Company. Vanilla and oak lead the palate, followed by cinnamon and clove spice.
