A blended Scotch whisky from Hankey Bannister, bottled in the 1980s at 40% in a 1 litre bottle. The name goes back to 1757, when Beaumont Hankey and Hugh Bannister started a wine and spirits business in London's West End and created a blend carrying their names. King George V granted the company a Royal Warrant in 1901, and the blend was also a favourite of Sir Winston Churchill during the second world war. Inver House Distillers bought the brand in 1988.
