High Road Rye is a straight rye whiskey from Hard Truth Distilling Co. of Nashville, Indiana. The distillery began in 2015 as a small project run by entrepreneurs who owned a pizza restaurant in the town. By 2017 construction had started on a new site on a 325-acre property about a mile from the original home, and from 2018 the distillery has made its sweet mash whiskey there. A sweet mash uses a fresh mixture of grains, water and yeast for each batch, with no previously fermented mash added.

About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
