Hard Truth – Sweet Mash Bourbon Whiskey (75cl)

Hard Truth Sweet Mash Bourbon is made from grain to glass at the Hard Truth distillery in Brown County, Indiana. It was the first whiskey the distillery barrelled after building its still in 2018, and it is aged in new, charred American oak barrels. It is made by the sweet mash process, in which every batch starts with fresh ingredients rather than reusing part of the previous one. The distillery says this lets the character of the grain come through. Indiana grains run through a custom-made continuous column still built by Vendome Copper & Brass Works, under Master Distiller Bryan Smith. It comes in a 75cl bottle.
