Hardin's Creek Warehouse Series Release 1, The Mushroom One, is an 11 year old Kentucky straight bourbon from James B. Beam Distilling Co. It is the first release in the Hardin's Creek Warehouse Series and is bottled at 54.1% ABV in a 750ml bottle.
The name and artwork are playful. A colourful mushroom illustration sits on a green label, and a collectible-style hangtag is attached to the bottle. The whiskey inside is straight bourbon, not a mushroom-flavoured spirit.
It is described as showing caramel, vanilla bean, toasted oak, dark cherry, brown sugar and baking spice, with a satisfying finish.
