Hardin's Creek Warehouse Series 'W' Kentucky Straight Bourbon 11 Year Old 2025 (70cl)

Hardin's Creek Warehouse Series 'W' is an 11 year old Kentucky straight bourbon from James B. Beam Distilling Co., released in 2025. Hardin's Creek began in 2022 and honours Jacob Beam's 1795 legacy. Identical mashbills were laid down in different warehouses on the Clermont Campus, each with its own height and microclimate. This release was matured in Warehouse W, a sturdy five-floor building in a creekside spot, wrapped in the humidity of its surroundings. It is Series Release 2, with lighter notes of oak and smoke and a distinctive aromatic sweetness.
