Hardy XO is a cognac from the Cognac region of France, matured for a minimum of ten years in oak casks.
It opens with dried fruit, prune and fig, with vanilla, cocoa and sweet tobacco. On the palate, vanilla and caramel meet pepper and clove, finishing long with ripe fruit and toasted wood.
Best served neat after a meal, or as a base for cocktails.
