Harveys Bristol Cream Choicest Old Full Pale Sherry (1L)

Harveys Bristol Cream is a cream sherry from the 1970s, in a 100cl bottle. The style was developed in the company's cellars during the 1860s and 1880s by the sons of John Harvey, and it became the house's main product. The blend starts with wines from fifty soleras, including Fino, Amontillado and Oloroso. Pedro Ximénez from sun-dried grapes is added at the end for sweetness and for the rich, creamy aftertaste that marks the sherry out. Harveys uses its own estate vineyards in Jerez Superior, with Palomino as the main grape.
