Harveys Bristol Cream Original Superior Sherry (75cl, 17.5%)

Harveys Bristol Cream is a cream sherry from Jerez, bottled at 17.5% in a 75cl size. Created in Bristol in 1882 as a richer successor to Bristol Milk, it blends Fino, Amontillado, Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez wines from soleras aged between 3 and 20 years in American oak. The grape base is 80% Palomino and 20% Pedro Ximénez, with 138 g/L of residual sugar. The Pedro Ximénez brings fruit, the Oloroso complexity, and the Fino and Amontillado aroma and elegance. The colour is mahogany with antique gold highlights. The nose is delicate and fresh, with raisin and caramel. The palate is smooth and creamy, with candied orange, dried fruit and toasted almond, and a long, velvety finish.
