Harveys Bristol Cream is a cream sherry in a 70cl bottle, from the 1980s. John Harvey's sons developed the style in the company's cellars in Bristol during the second half of the nineteenth century, and it became the house's main product.
The blend draws on wines from fifty different soleras, including Fino, Amontillado and Oloroso. Pedro Ximénez from sun-dried grapes is added for sweetness and for the rich, creamy aftertaste that defines it. Palomino is the main grape.
