Haswell Gin (70cl, 47%)

A gin distilled in London by master distiller Julien De Bournet, using a traditional method. The recipe includes juniper, coriander, angelica root, lemons and Valencia oranges. The citrus gives a lively freshness, while juniper and coriander bring a peppery, pungent character. At 47% ABV it has power and intensity, suiting classic cocktails such as Gin and Tonic or Martini, or being served neat with a slice of lemon or orange. The bottle has a sober, refined label.
