Hatozaki Finest Japanese Whisky

Hatozaki Finest is a Japanese blended whisky made from whiskies aged in barrel for up to 12 years, with a malt whisky content of at least 40%. It is light in style with a rich backbone of malt character, and cereal notes and a light sweetness make it suitable for highballs or straight pours. The Yonezawa family began experimenting with distilling in 1917. Ahead of their centenary of spirit production they replaced their old stills with new copper twin pot stills made by Forsyth's of Scotland, at the Kaikyo Distillery on the coast.
