Hatozaki Small Batch is a 100% Malt Japanese whisky, named after the oldest stone lighthouse in Japan. This "Pure Malt" expression is a blend of single malts aged in a trio of casks: Bourbon, Sherry, and the rare, indigenous Mizunara oak. It is uncolored and non-chill filtered to preserve its rich texture. The profile is refined and honeyed, offering aromas of dried fruits and toasted cereal, with a sweet, malty palate and a spicy, woody finish.
