Hayastan XO is an Armenian brandy made by double distillation in Charentais pot stills, the same type of still used for Cognac.
The spirit is matured in casks of Caucasian oak (Quercus macranthera) rather than French oak. It is bottled at 40% in a 75cl bottle.
