Hayman's London Dry Gin (1L)

A classic London dry gin from Hayman's, produced in England from a family recipe dating back over 150 years. It is distilled with ten traditional botanicals, including angelica root, coriander seed, liquorice root and juniper, using pure water from a historic English source. The nose gives vibrant juniper with citrus and spice. On the palate there is delicate sweetness balanced by light citrus sharpness, ending in a long, dry finish. It suits a classic gin and tonic with lemon, as well as cocktails such as the Martini or Negroni. It comes in a one-litre bottle.
