Hayman's London Dry Gin (75cl)

Hayman's London Dry Gin is a London dry gin from the Hayman family, who distil at their original family site in Witham. In 2013 they installed a Carl still from Germany there, bringing production back in-house. The botanicals include juniper, coriander, angelica root, lemon peel and liquorice, in the classic London dry manner. The character is clean and botanical, with a freshness and zip that suits classic cocktails.
