Hazelburn 10 Years Old is a Campbeltown single malt made at the Springbank distillery. It is triple distilled and made entirely from unpeated malt.
The whisky was matured for 10 years in a combination of bourbon and sherry casks.
The nose offers fresh vanilla, pear, apricot, light honey, malt sugar, delicate herbs and a hint of almond. On the palate it is creamy, with toffee, vanilla cream, pear, stewed apple, biscuit, a little citrus and fine spice. The finish is medium in length, soft and gently dry, with vanilla, malt, light fruit and a slightly nutty note.
