Heaven Hill 7 Year Old is a Kentucky straight bourbon, bottled in bond at 100 proof (50% ABV) in a 75cl bottle. It was aged for seven years in charred oak barrels, and the mash uses limestone water from the region.
On the palate it shows oak, caramel and vanilla, with hints of spice and sweetness. It can be sipped neat or on the rocks, or used as the base for classic cocktails.
