Heaven Hill 7 Years Old is a Kentucky straight bourbon bottled in bond at 50% ABV, in a 70cl bottle. It matured for seven years in charred American oak casks, and no colouring is added.
On the nose it shows vanilla, caramel, toasted wood and a hint of honey. The palate is full-bodied and robust, with toffee, corn, spice and fine oak.
