Heaven Hill Bottled in Bond Double Mash Bourbon (50%)

Heaven Hill Bottled in Bond Double Mash is a straight bourbon whiskey bottled at 100 proof (50% ABV). It was created by master distiller Conor O'Driscoll as a blend of two Heaven Hill mashbills, each aged for nine years. Two-thirds of the blend is a traditional mashbill of 78% corn, 10% rye and 12% malted barley. The remaining third is a wheated mashbill of 68% corn, 20% wheat and 12% malted barley. Both meet the bottled-in-bond rules, which O'Driscoll used to show how much room those standards leave for variation.
