Heaven Hill Bourbon is a Kentucky bourbon in a 1 litre bottle, bottled at 40% ABV. Its mash is built on corn, rye and malted barley, distilled in copper stills and matured in charred American oak barrels. The nose offers caramel, vanilla and hints of dried fruit. The palate is soft and full, with the sweetness of corn set against the bite of rye, leading to a warm, lingering finish.
