Heaven Hill Double Mash Bottled in Bond Bourbon is a Kentucky straight bourbon, distilled and bottled by Heaven Hill Distillery at 100 proof, or 50% ABV, under the Bottled in Bond designation. Tasting notes describe a nose of caramel, vanilla, toasted oak, sweet corn and brown sugar with baking spice. The palate is full-bodied and balanced, with vanilla cream, oak spice, toasted grain, cinnamon and a little dark fruit. The finish is long and warming, with oak, brown sugar and spice.
