Elijah Craig Barrel Proof is a Kentucky bourbon from Heaven Hill Distilleries, made from corn and other selected grains to the classic bourbon recipe. It is matured in new, charred oak casks and bottled without dilution, at full strength, in a 70cl bottle.
The nose brings vanilla, caramel and sweet spices with a hint of smoke. On the palate it is rich, balancing sweetness and spice, with oak and toasted notes, and the finish is long and warm.
