Heaven Hill – Kentucky Straight Bourbon 7 Year Old (75cl)

This is a 7 year old Kentucky straight bourbon from Heaven Hill, in a 75cl bottle. It pays tribute to the distillery's early days, when it released its first Bottled-in-Bond in 1939. That bourbon was the family's namesake brand and soon became the top vendor in Kentucky. The mash bill is 78% corn, 10% rye and 12% malted barley, and the colour is golden amber. The nose is vanilla, honey and caramel. The palate is smooth, warm and sweet with a subtle rye spice, and the finish is long and lingering.
